ShiftTuesday
- Thursday 3:00 pm - 11:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm; 5-6 month surge position
- Current 8140 IAT Level II
- Security + Certificate
- Active DOD Secret clearance
- Execute mass deployments of Windows/macOS operating systems using enterprise imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, Autopilot, or similar)
- Unbox, physically assemble, and test desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other peripherals
- Apply physical asset tags to all incoming IT equipment. Accurately log serial numbers, MAC addresses, and assignment details into the IT Asset Management (ITAM) database
- Ensure all standard corporate applications, security patches, and drivers are correctly applied to the image
- Verify that disk encryption (e.g., Bit Locker), endpoint protection (Antivirus/EDR), and VPN clients are active and communicating properly before handing off the device
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work systematically
- Active Secret clearance
- Compliant with DoD 8140:
Active CompTIA Security - 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or dedicated hardware deployment roles
- Experience imaging new systems, system deployment and refresh, and Tier 2 support of standard office computing equipment (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers), PC operating systems, (Windows 10/11)
- Must have demonstrated experience supporting a Windows 10/11 environment
- Must be able to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of Active Directory infrastructure
- Experience with various client hardware including HP and Dell laptops, desktops, and associated peripherals
