Test Engineer​/Business Analyst; Agile Delivery Focus

Test Engineer/Business Analyst (Agile Delivery Focus) to support Agile delivery teams by coordinating requirements analysis, sprint validation, testing activities, and stakeholder communication for enterprise analytics and operational systems.

• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release validation, and Agile delivery activities.
• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across enterprise applications and analytics solutions.
• Track defects, coordinate issue resolution, and support operational readiness activities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Support validation of reporting outputs, analytics workflows, and enterprise data platform solutions.
• Participate in testing and validation activities involving Databricks-based reporting or analytics environments.
• Maintain Agile documentation, process artifacts, and testing deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, QA/Test Engineering, or Agile delivery roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software delivery in Agile environments.
• Experience creating user stories, test scenarios, and supporting release activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with testing methodologies and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
• Exposure to Databricks through analytics platforms, reporting validation, testing, or enterprise data environments required.

• Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or cloud‑based platforms.
• Experience validating reporting outputs, data workflows, or enterprise analytics systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise data lakes, warehouses, or modern data ecosystems.
• Scrum or Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $84,000 to $93,000 annually
.

This role requires candidates to be located in the DMV area and follows a hybrid schedule with on‑site presence 1–2 days per week. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating in person while also working independently on remote days.
