Hourly Rate:

Position Timing:
Immediate hire upon completion of background and security clearances.

• Inventory Management:
  Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies and equipment; conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages; track expiration dates and ensure the timely removal of outdated or expired items.
• Procurement:
  Source and procure medical supplies, equipment, and services from approved vendors; negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness; coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Distribution and Storage:
  Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment; maintain organized and secure storage facilities; ensure that all supplies are stored in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Logistical Coordination:
  Coordinate the transportation and delivery of supplies to various departments or facilities; work with clinical staff to understand their specific needs and adjust supply levels accordingly; develop and implement efficient logistical processes to improve overall operations.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of all inventory, orders, and transactions; ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including those related to hazardous materials and medical waste; prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory bodies.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect incoming supplies and equipment for quality and accuracy; manage returns and exchanges of defective or incorrect items; implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the reliability of supplies.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other logistics and supply chain team members to coordinate efforts; provide training and guidance to junior staff or new hires as needed; collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to address any supply chain issues.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of three years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting; experience with inventory management systems and procurement processes.
• Skills:
  
  Strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
