As an Assistant Manager at Popcorn Euphoria, youll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating team members to achieve store goals.
• Providing top-notch customer service and resolving customer inquiries.
• Overseeing inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Assisting in scheduling, training, and mentoring team members.
• Handling cash management and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and stepping in when needed.

Were seeking a candidate who brings energy, reliability, and a passion for teamwork. To thrive in this role, youll need:

• At least 2+ years of retail or food service experience (leadership experience preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with both customers and team members.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A reliable and punctual work ethic, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfort with physical tasks, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
