Position Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Asa Sr.Azure Full Stack Developer, youwillparticipatein all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on architecture, design, quality, and implementation.

This role requires a self-sufficient, analytical developer withgreat communication skills that iscomfortableowning a range of front and back-end initiatives. The candidate will need strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within a group or independently to achieve the goals of the program. Our projects are built arounda greatuser experience, developing custom software that supports businessprocessand workflows, analytical, datamanagementand reporting capabilities for our customers.

All applicants must live in DC/MD/VA andbe able to work onsite in Washington, DC.

• Design, configure, and implement environments for applications, engineer suitable release managementproceduresand provide production support.
• Design and develop automation workflows, perform unittestsand conductreviewto make sure workutilizescoding standards and best practices for platform performance, and assess the overall quality of delivered components.
• Collaborate with peers on software design, to provideaccuratework estimates and implementation of new features including interfaces, contracts with storagesystem, and data transformation.
• Liaise with other development,infrastructure and operations teams.
• Ensure that all security policies and practices are adhered to as part of development.
• Work with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other team members during the project phases to understand and implement the business functionality. Updatingproject leadsonany tasks that are at risk or where project plan adjustments need to be made.
• Stay abreast of leadingedgeof technologies and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Six (6) or more years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise software applications using C#/.NET, Java, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience developing modern full-stack web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure, including cloud-native services and application integrations.
• Experience using Azure Dev Ops to manage source control, work items, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong understanding of software architecture, secure coding practices, and Dev Sec Ops  principles.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience supporting federal government or other highly regulated environments.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher (Interim Secret acceptable).
