Full-Time | Civil Utility Sector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in estimating, planning, and managing projects in the civil utility industry.

This is an in-person position. We are located in Camp Verde, AZ.

• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and bids for utility construction projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents.
• Manage projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Track project progress and prepare reports.

• Experience in construction estimating and/or project management (civil utility experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, cost analysis, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software is an asset.
