Description

Assist IT Technician I in completing work related tasks as needed.

Ensure systems run efficiently and securely, requiring strong problem‐solving skills and technical expertise.

• Assist IT Technician I in completing work related tasks as needed.
• Perform installation and maintenance of Cliff Castle Casino Information Technologies equipment systems.
• Work with outside vendors for system related products and equipment.
• Perform scheduled cleaning of Information Technologies printers as well as testing of Information Technologies computer systems.
• Maintain records of all Information Technologies Access Changes and Equipment installations performed.
• Responsible for assisting in the support and service of Cliff Castle Casino’s IT infrastructure systems’ needs.
• Provide timely MIS service to Cliff Castle Casino's End Users.
• Build and install computers and servers as needed.
• Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Opportunities for internships, apprenticeships, and coordinated work study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai‑Apache Nation.

• Work Experience:
  
  Three (3) years as an IT Technician
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
  • Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment such as: computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones and printers.
• Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
  Certification in CompTIA Network+ and A+
• Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
