** POSITION SUMMARY**:
Ensure systems run efficiently and securely, requiring strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
*** Responsible for assisting in the support and service of Cliff Castle Casino’s IT infrastructure systems’ needs.
* Will provide timely MIS service to Cliff Castle Casino's End Users.
* Build and install computers as needed.
* Perform regular maintenance on computers as required per schedules.
* Complete daily work duty detail log
* Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications

* Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.

** 1. Two (2) years as an IT Technician

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
** 1. Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational, and planning skills.
2. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
3. Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment such as: computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones and printers.
4.
** Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
** 1. Valid certification in at least one of the following:  Network+ or Cisco Network Systems.
5. Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
6. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
7. Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
