The HVAC Purchasing Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing HVAC equipment and supplies inventory.

Hours:

Full-Time

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:45pm

• Prior experience in a similar position
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to build supplier relationships

• Research and identify reliable suppliers of HVAC products and materials.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding purchasing practices.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and supplier performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or product quality on time.
