Celtic Property Management is seeking a high‑energy, results‑driven Lease‑Up Community Manager to lead the successful launch and stabilization of our brand‑new luxury market‑rate community, The Villas at Riverwalk.

This is not a maintenance role; this is a build‑from‑the‑ground‑up leadership opportunity.

• ✔ Lead all phases of lease‑up from pre‑leasing to stabilization
• ✔ Drive aggressive marketing and occupancy strategies
• ✔ Hire, train, and lead onsite leasing and maintenance teams
• ✔ Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting
• ✔ Maintain full Fair Housing and regulatory compliance
• ✔ Deliver an exceptional resident experience from day one

This role requires flexibility; lease‑ups demand energy, urgency, and extended hours when needed. Evenings and weekends will be required during peak lease‑up phases.

This is a fully on‑site position. Candidates must already reside in Camp Verde, AZ or nearby surrounding communities, or be prepared to relocate to Camp Verde prior to the lease‑up launch. On‑site leadership presence is essential to the success of this community.

• 2–3+ years managing market‑rate or multifamily properties
• Proven lease‑up experience (required)
• Experience managing luxury rentals
• Strong team leadership and performance management skills
• Yardi and Rent Cafe experience preferred
• Ready to commit to an on‑site leadership role
