049 - Bashas' Deli Asst. Team Lead - Camp Verde

Bashas' -  - Responsibilities:
Direct department personnel in the deli/bistro in the absence of the Deli Team Lead;
Order products and supplies to maintain adequate stock and merchandising standards;
Oversee preparation and serving/merchandising of deli/bistro items including breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees;
Display and rotate deli/bistro merchandise following guidelines and ensure quality and safety;
Receive merchandise, audit invoices, and manage storage and pricing signage;
Maintain clean, organized counters, prep areas, and walk-in coolers/freezers;
Take customer orders and ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction;
Adhere to county, city, and company food safety and sanitation guidelines
