We are seeking both skilled technicians and entry-level individuals to join our team as HVAC Technicians. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service, maintaining systems, and identifying opportunities for preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement.

Hours:

• Full-Time plus overtime options
• Typically 8-10 hour days, with on-call and weekend availability

Position Requirements

Certifications and Experience:

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician preferred

Customer Service:

• 1 year of customer service experience is a plus

Driver's License and Record:

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

Screening:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Undergo a comprehensive background check

Create Turnover Opportunities:

• Collaborate with the sales department to identify and create turnover opportunities.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Identify and implement appropriate solutions to meet our customer's HVAC and plumbing needs.
• Cross-promote all products and services offered by the business.

System Inspection and Diagnosis:

• Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose issues and recommend preventive maintenance, repairs, or replacements as needed.

Documentation and Testing:

• Ensure all necessary tests are performed and documented during inspections.
• Utilize company-provided software systems for documentation.

Time Management and Organization:

• Manage time effectively to meet service demands.
• Maintain organized records of service activities.
