In this role, you will serve customers in various capacities, both in person and remotely. With a minimum of three years of office administration experience, you'll be responsible for processing documents, reconciling financial transactions, and maintaining departmental records. Your organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite will be essential for this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide courteous service to customers via phone, email, and in person
• Prepare, format, and manage departmental documents and reports
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing financial transactions
• Enter data into various computer programs and databases
• Process all incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 and courses in office administration
• At least three years of office administration experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite software
• Experience with financial transactions processing
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
