Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage residential and shelter programs

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Coordinate program documentation and reporting systems

• Assist in hiring, scheduling and maintaining employee records

• Investigate complaints and recommend operational improvements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Social Services or similar

• Two years’ experience in community social services

• Proficiency in scheduling, payroll, and budgeting

• First Aid Training Certificate and clear Criminal Record Check

• Strong communication and time management skills
