Pay Details

$22.00 - $27.21 CAD (base pay may vary based on experience, skills, and business needs). TD is committed to fair compensation and offers opportunities for progression.

Position Overview

At TD Canada Trust, the Customer Experience Associate performs a broad range of customer‑service transactions and provides information and advice on TD services. The role focuses on building lasting relationships, promoting products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Understand and determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customers’ concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities as necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.
  • Build personal connections with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.
  • Help create a diverse and equitable work environment through teamwork and participation in performance development.
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed of routine activity status.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills suitable for a fast‑paced workplace.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet.
  • A proactive, accurate, and detail‑oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication skills—verbal and written—across diverse audiences.
