Position: Detail-Oriented Investment Analyst Role
Join Broadstreet Properties as an Investment Analyst, focusing on multi-asset investment management. This position involves supporting the Portfolio Manager and contributing to asset allocation and research initiatives.

As part of a family office managing a diverse investment portfolio, you'll engage in comprehensive analysis of public equities and assist with private market investments. We're looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail, ready to dive deep into financial modeling and investment reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring portfolio performance across strategies

• Contribute to financial models and investment summaries

• Track macroeconomic trends and sector performance

• Collaborate on trade execution and account setups

• Maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in asset management or equity research

• Strong analytical and quantitative thinking skills

• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal an asset

• Progress towards a CFA or similar designation preferred

• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or similar
