Hotel Supervisor

Campbell River Lodge seeks a dedicated Hotel Supervisor to ensure outstanding guest experiences. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and hospitality excellence.

In this supervisory role, you are responsible for establishing work processes and schedules while ensuring all staff support clients and guests effectively. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management. Position demands on-site work at our scenic lodge in Campbell River, BC, with shifting hours between 30 and 40 weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set work schedules and procedures for hotel staff

• Directly assist guests with special requests

• Organize and review employee work assignments

• Maintain operations of all hotel systems and equipment

• Manage requisitioning of supplies and materials

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education

• 2 to 3 years in a supervisory capacity

• Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership

• Availability for full-time scheduling

• Dedication to guest service and operational excellence
