Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide excellent overnight service

• Manage check-out and guest post-stay relationships

• Address inquiries and complaints swiftly and professionally

• Ensure timely handling of guest requests

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of guest service experience

• Preferably 1 year in hospitality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working night shifts

• Strong organizational and computer skills
