The Guest Service Manager plays a vital role in hospitality leadership at Naturally Pacific Resort. This hands-on position requires overseeing the Guest Service Department, ensuring stellar guest interactions and experiences. We seek a passionate leader, experienced in hospitality, devoted to training and motivating a dedicated team while fostering seamless operations between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and enforce daily operational policies
• Supervise and mentor the Guest Service team
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out processes
• Train and schedule valet staff for optimal service
Requirements:
• 1 year in management/leadership role
• 5 years of guest service, 2 years hospitality experience
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
