In this critical night role, you will be responsible for managing all overnight front desk operations in Campbell River, BC. We seek a self-motivated individual who excels in communication and possesses strong organizational skills.

Your role will include checking in guests, handling inquiries, and balancing hotel transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and attention

• Process guest check-outs and follow up post-stay

• Resolve guest inquiries and manage complaints effectively

• Handle guest requests in an efficient manner

• Maintain hotel transaction logs accurately

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in guest services

• Background in hospitality is a plus

• Ability to work nights and weekends

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Good computer proficiency
