This Hotel Manager position calls for a confident leader who can guide employees, strengthen business performance and maintain dependable hospitality standards throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily hotel operations
Recruit, train and supervise employees
Conduct staff performance evaluations
Prepare budgets and monitor expenses
Develop marketing and business plans
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Oversee front-desk services
Resolve guest concerns professionally
Coordinate maintenance activities
Manage schedules and inventory
Requirements
First Aid certification
Professional leadership skills
Knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive
