Key Responsibilities:
• Manage performance and talent acquisition processes
• Execute recruitment strategies for corporate roles
• Advise managers on HR policies and procedures
• Investigate employee concerns with thorough follow-up
• Research new recruitment sources to attract candidates
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Human Resource Management
• Three years of experience in HR Generalist roles
• Understanding of employment legislation and HR trends
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS software
