We are looking for a Roofer with 1-2 years of experience, capable of installing built-up roofing systems and asphalt shingles.

Your role will also encompass teaching apprentices and supervising a small team, ensuring all projects meet high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install roofing tiles and systems on various buildings

• Repair and replace existing roofing materials

• Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 members

• Set up scaffolding and work platforms safely

• Manage both heavy loads and fast-paced tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of relevant roofing experience

• Client-focused mindset and excellent communication

• Able to work in physically demanding conditions
