Food Service Worker
Under the direction of the Child Nutrition Supervisor, prepare and serve hot and cold menu items to students and staff at an assigned school site; assist with cooking and baking various food items; maintain food service facilities, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition.
Requirements / QualificationsValid California Motor Vehicle Operator's License Education equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade
To assist in the implementation of child nutrition at the assigned school site. One year of experience in food handling practices desirable. Ability to read, write, perform simple arithmetic calculations and complete Written and oral directions; work cooperatively with others. Ability to lift 25 pounds.
