Senior Engineer
Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer to support our client in the electric utility industry. This position has the exciting opportunity to support post-implementation software operations and ensure reliable performance for utility customers. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- 4–6 years of experience in the electric utility space
- Expertise in communication protocols: DNP3 and Modbus
- Strong understanding of SCADA/ADMS Systems
- Experience with DERMS
- Unix/Linux experience
- Knowledge of any cloud provider: AWS or Azure
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting utility customers after the software has been implemented
- Troubleshooting technical issues with SCADA and OT communication systems
- Coordinating upgrades and ongoing maintenance
- Acting as the technical liaison between the customer and our client's engineering team
- Ensuring reliable operation of the software while delivering excellent customer service
The base pay range for this position is $150,000 -$200,000 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
