Chase - 1605 Winchester Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow with a tablet, checking clients in and scheduling meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing and maintenance while complying with policies and regulations;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs);
Build relationships with clients through active listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve their financial goals;
Assist with branch operations and cash handling tasks (cash vault, ATM) in accordance with bank policies
