Position: Events and Catering Manager – Restaurant Group
Gecko Hospitality -  - Responsibilities:
On-site event execution — Lead day-of operations, managing timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and guest experience to ensure flawless delivery;
Cross-functional coordination — Partner closely with chefs, general managers, bar teams, and external vendors to support smooth event operations;
Catering logistics — Manage staffing, equipment, rentals, transportation, and setup for both on-site and off-site catering events;
Operational tracking — Monitor event details, guest counts, budgets, and operational needs to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
Post-event processes — Conduct recaps, gather feedback, and ensure smooth wrap-up of all event-related tasks
