This is a full-time, on-site role located in Campbell, CA, for an Audio Visual Field Engineer. The responsibilities include performing on-site system installations, troubleshooting and maintaining audio-visual equipment, and providing technical support to clients. In addition, the role involves collaborating with team members during project implementation and ensuring projects meet high-quality standards safely and on time.

• Perform on-site system installations for audio-visual solutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain audio-visual equipment; provide technical support to clients.
• Collaborate with project teams during implementation to meet goals.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing technical issues and resolving them efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders professionally.
• Experience with field service responsibilities, including on-site equipment installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in technical support and resolving operational challenges for audio-visual systems.
• Knowledge of project management principles to manage time, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Familiarity with audio-visual systems and data cabling setups is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and on-site in a customer-focused manner.
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
