Housekeeper – Merrill Gardens

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.20/hr

• Thoroughly clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas.
• Provide high‑level customer service to all residents and guests.
• Report required supplies to the appropriate designee and coordinate housekeeping services with other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years old).
• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment (preferred).
• Experience working with seniors or in a customer‑service focused environment helpful.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 90 lbs), pushing/pulling, and other physical activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
