Senior Living Universal Worker

Universal Worker – Merrill Gardens at Campbell

Pay range: $20.60/hr – $24.72/hr shift: 11pm – 7am. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

• Maintenance – Perform general maintenance tasks; defrost refrigerators; change light bulbs and A/C filters; check fire extinguishers and emergency lights; complete maintenance work orders.
• Repair and maintain common area walls, floors, and fixtures; paint walls and clean carpets in vacated rooms.
• Maintain plumbing and perform minor electrical work in units and common areas.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in preventative maintenance, vehicle cleaning, safety procedures, and hazard communications.
• Respond immediately to accidents and emergencies based on established protocol.

• Housekeeping – Routine and deep cleaning of common areas and offices; wash, dry, fold, and return laundry; stock supplies; clean windows and fixtures.
• Food Service – Set up dining areas, update menus, and prepare for special events.
• Support – Deliver papers, flyers, and other materials to resident apartments; answer phones; collect and file resident information.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Background check and specific requirements upon request.
