Hana Group North America is hiring a Sushi Team Leader (STL) to manage on-site operations at our California kiosk. You will ensure schedule adherence, food safety, inventory and training of Sushi Chefs while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and engaging with customers and clients.
The STL will prep ingredients, set up rolls according to guidelines, coach staff, monitor food quality, and drive sales through operations.
