We are at an exciting growth stage and are building a focused, high-impact sales organization to take Mia Rec to the next level of revenue and market presence.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:We’re looking for a data-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. In this hands‑on role, you’ll oversee multi‑channel marketing efforts, develop compelling content, manage social media, and optimize marketing performance to support business goals.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B software marketing (CX, Call Centers, AI) and thrives in a fast‑paced, growing company. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy, collaborate cross‑functionally, and make a direct impact on revenue and customer acquisition.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:As a B2B Marketing Manager at Mia Rec, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and leads.
- Create high-impact marketing materials including newsletters, brochures, blog posts, and videos.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Linked In, X) to increase brand visibility.
- Craft compelling advertising content, including ad copy and promotional materials for various channels.
- Own marketing tech stack, leveraging Hub Spot for automation, analytics, and lead generation.
- Analyze marketing data to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI to leadership.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Ensure website relevancy and effectiveness, keeping content up to date and optimized for SEO.
- Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering their success and development.
- 3-5 years of leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives in B2B software, SaaS, or tech.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Hub Spot (Must be certified or 3+ years of experience).
- Experience managing social media and content marketing (Linked In expertise preferred).
- Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools is a plus.
- Basic design skills in Adobe, Canva, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for crafting engaging messaging.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Positive, problem‑solving mindset with a passion for growth marketing.
- On‑site location in Campbell, CA, with a modern, sunlit office near downtown and The Pruneyard.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pacific Time
