• Fit Expert - $23.00/hour (Base $19.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour)
• Sales Lead - $24.00/hour (Base $20.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour)

• Reliability and flexible schedule availability (days, evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales; seasoned salesperson (10+ years) preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere daily.
• Ability to make customers feel valued.
• Desire to lead by example and inspire others to be their best.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree and 1 year related experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in fast-paced specialty retail; seasoned salesperson (10+ years) preferred.
• Leadership skills: excellent customer experience behaviors, urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving, decision making, effective delegation, and prioritization.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the basic functions of the job.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
• Openness to feedback and adaptability to changing priorities.
