full-time Sales Associate. We pride ourselves on giving every customer an amazing experience and sharing in their special occasions — and we're looking for a hardworking, reliable, and highly motivated person to join our team. Of our 22 current employees, the average tenure is 15 years — we strive to take care of our employees like family.
We're a high-end luxury store with our own in-house manufacturing — our team includes five jewelers on premises, and we're known throughout the area for our custom work. In this role, you'll work directly with loose diamonds and gemstones, take part in designing one-of-a-kind pieces, and build lasting relationships with a high-end clientele.

Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Campbell, CA. In this role, the Sales Associate greets customers, understands their needs, and provides knowledgeable guidance on engagement rings, diamond jewelry, bridal pieces, and other fine jewelry. Daily responsibilities include presenting products, explaining features and benefits, handling sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
The Sales Associate works closely with team members to meet sales goals, follow up with clients, and support special orders or custom designs. The role also involves learning product details, staying informed about new collections, and delivering a respectful, professional, and inclusive customer experience.
- Facilitate customers' jewelry needs: repairs, appraisals, gemstone education, and production, selling, and education
- Follow up with clients with punctual updates on any ongoing order, repair, or appraisal
- Assist in the custom process with customers by walking them through designs, confirming a wax mold, and presenting the final product
- Become proficient with the Edge POS system
- Maintain and merchandise showcases, keeping displays clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist with gold and diamond buying
- Stay current on jewelry trends and product knowledge
- Support store events (trunk shows, appreciation events, VIP nights) as a customer-facing associate
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- 2+ years of experience in the jewelry industry or retail sales
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a polished, professional image
- Fluent Mandarin speakers strongly encouraged to apply
- Graduate Gemologist (GG) credential a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic and works well with others
