Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Site Patrol – Campbell, CA

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $26.73 / Hour

Job Schedule: 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support site operations by assisting with visitor directions, answering routine questions, and completing detailed activity logs, incident reports, and other assigned documentation.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
