We are seeking a dependable Skilled General Laborer with custom home and general construction experience who is comfortable working across multiple trades. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values craftsmanship, and wants consistent work with a growing company.
Responsibilities- Perform general carpentry tasks
- Assist with interior and exterior painting
- Install flooring and complete basic repairs
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Support carpenters and project teams as needed
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience
- Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, and flooring
- Proficient with common hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
