Position: 📞 📅 Receptionist 📞 📅
Location: 125 Kingswood Drive beside Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Full time
- Monday through Friday
- Serves as a front-line person of contact for patients
- Handles scheduling and patient on a multi-line phone system
- Fosters a good relationship between fellow team members, patients, and providers.
- Reviews and prints dictation.
- Maintains petty cash and balances cash sheet at the end of each day.
- Enters patient demographics and insurance in a timely manner.
- Responsible for referral worklist. Receiving, verifying, and routing all referrals to the appropriate specialist or facility.
- Follows HIPAA compliance.
- Files patient medical record charts daily
- Performs other various clerical duties.

What We’re Looking For- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3+ yrs of experience within a medical office preferred
