Med/Surg Registered Nurse
Location:
Medical/Surgical at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule:
Full time position
Night Shift Differential: 20%
Responsibilities- Ensures optimal patient care
- Communicates and educates effectively to patients on the level of understanding their process and discharge
- Maintains accurate patient records and documentation
- Supports a conducive work environment and recognizes emergent situations
- Follows HIPAA compliance
- Competent in nursing skills and personally responsible and reliable
- Follows all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Administers medications and therapies in accordance with the RN Nurse Practice Act and TRH policies
- Associate degree required
- Valid KY RN license
- No experience required
