House Supervisor

Nursing Administration at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky

Schedule:

Full-Time Night Shift position available

• Adheres to hospital policies and standards
• Attends nursing station and performs clerical duties
• Participates and assist with required education, competencies, and training requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
• Follows HIPAA compliance.
• Demonstrates knowledge of emergent situations and responds appropriately.
• Demonstrates a participative/ situational management style.
• Documents all discipline/ counseling sessions as well as investigates and documents on incident reports.
• Responds to emergent situations and initiates appropriate interventions

• Associate Degree minimum
• Valid KY RN license2-3+ yrs of experience required.
• Job Demands------

• Maintain accurate and concise documentation
• Frequent walking, standing, and lifting
• Able to lift over 50lbs
