Position
RN Manager
LocationTaylor Regional Pediatrics at 125 Kingswood Dr. Campbellsville, KY 42718
ScheduleFull-time position-Days
What You’ll Do- Ensures optimal patient care
- Follows verbal and written orders from physician or provider.
- Maintains accurate patient records and documentation.
- Trains incoming medical assistants to follow protocol, procedures, and policies.
- Assists physician in medical and surgical procedures utilizing appropriate practice guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Follows HIPAA compliance.
- Communicates effectively with other team members and patients.
- Provides clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during daily operations.
- Demonstrates and responds to emergent situations
- Performs all nursing care to nursing standards.
- Participates in any/all required education and competencies
- Associate degree required.
- Valid KY RN license
- 2-3+ years minimum experience in an office setting with management experience preferred
