Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also ensure home displays are maintained and properly ordered throughout the day.
