Schedule:
Part time position (Evenings and Nights)
weekend rotations required
What You’ll Do- Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors and staff.
- Establish a security presence by patrolling hospitals, buildings, grounds and associated area to deter criminal activity, document activities and contact appropriate law enforcement when necessary.
- Monitors security, fire and environmental alarms.
- Responds to and resolves problems, disputes and unusual circumstances as necessary.
- Follows HIPAA compliance.
- Provides customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Document incidents on appropriate reports as required.
- Operates TRH vehicle in accordance with KY vehicle code.
- Assists with patient transfers.
- Completes all mandatory education and training requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid KY driver's license
- At least one year experience in safety, security, law enforcement or related field.
- Must be familiarized w/ computer to complete reports
