The Head Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including budgets, player development, recruitment, strategy, and team management.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive football program emphasizing player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Recruit high-quality student-athletes who contribute to the success of the program.
- Plan and execute daily practices, game preparation, and strategy.
- Manage the budget including equipment, supplies, and travel.
- Promote the university through public engagements and interviews.
- Monitor academics of student-athletes for eligibility.
- Work with administration to ensure alignment with the values of Campbellsville University.
- Other duties as assigned.
