We’re looking for an energetic individual to join Sunflower Bank, N.A. as a full-time Mortgage Loan Originator. Located in Ontario, CA, this role requires prior loan origination experience and entails taking applications, cross-selling, and leading the overall mortgage loan process. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of mortgage regulations to meet production standards and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate mortgage loans via real estate partners and branches

• Conduct interviews and gather loan applications from clients

• Manage loan files with processors in the centralized area

• Address referral needs from other personnel and partners

• Promote additional bank products and services

Requirements:

• 2+ years of lending experience is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desired

• Demonstrated commitment to customer support

• Capability to work autonomously with judgment
