Overview

The Material Handling position works within the company’s warehouse, moving and handling products. This position includes all aspects of order fulfillment including picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts and shipping. Following procedures and work instructions under guidance of the LEAD directly reporting to the warehouse Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Core Responsibilities:

    Order fulfillment, picking and packing orders.
  • Order Shipping – working knowledge of UPS and Fed Ex shipping software, knowledge of LTL.
  • Export Shipping – working knowledge of shipping international orders is a plus.
  • Inventory Handling including daily cycle counts.
  • Product Receiving Processing
  • Observe all Richardson safety policies and procedures; maintain orderly work area.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Work with other departments indirectly but not limited to Customer Service, Sales team, Product Managers, etc.
  • Expect to be cross trained within the warehouse to accomplish different job functions.
Job Requirements
  • 2-4 years of material handling experience
  • Must be able to work 9-5:30pm
  • Good personal and communication skills
  • Mindfulness and problem solving
  • Time Management and organizational skills
  • Data entry, math and computer skills
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, lift, stand and walk on hard surfaces such as concrete on a regular basis

Pay Range: $25-$27 per hour
