Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Twenty-one years of age or older
- Must be a citizen of the United States or legally able to work in the United States
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- POWER Card (must be valid)
- Valid FOID Card
- Must participate in and successfully complete all stages of the testing process, which may include but are not limited to:
- Orientation and Written Test
- Oral Interview
- Extensive background investigation
- Credit Check
- After conditional offer of employment:
- Final Interview
- Medical Post offer psychological and drug test
- Must not have been convicted of a felony or certain misdemeanors, as defined by statute
