In this role, you will develop customer-specific crop plans, integrate proprietary products, and strengthen trust with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored crop plans including fertility and crop protection

• Strengthen customer business plans for profitability

• Foster customer relationships as the preferred agronomic partner

• Integrate proprietary products in business strategies

• Maintain organized business plans and record confidentiality

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in agronomy sales

• Valid Driver's License required

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
