Job Overview

We are a leading global medical technology company. As a Molding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring all processes, quality and GMP standards are maintained while meeting production targets and supporting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all tasks in molding and operate equipment at a rate equal to or above established standards while maintaining quality and GMP compliance.
  • Continuously monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.
  • Make authorized adjustments and modifications to equipment to maintain process quality and productivity.
  • Perform in‑process checks, complete all quality documentation, review documentation, rework and requalification as needed.
  • Seek assistance from set‑ups and cell leads to meet production and quality expectations.
  • Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.
  • Assist line technicians with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Keep machinery, work area, and floors neat and orderly; follow GMP requirements.
  • Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for reporting PPH, scrap/waste, SAP and MES transactions.
  • Identify and report issues to the Cell Lead.
  • Participate in problem‑solving activities such as continuous improvement initiatives (Blitz, Kaizen, KAS).
  • Cooperate with others to ensure effective shift transfer and communication.
  • Work overtime as necessary to satisfy schedule requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (H.S. Diploma/G.E.D.).
  • Preferred: 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow instructions.
Requirements

Minimum 4 days of on‑site presence per week, unless otherwise specified.

Employment contingent on proof of full COVID‑19 vaccination, unless exemption applies.
