Work hours: 7 AM – 7 PM

• Continuously monitor operations to maintain product quality and equipment performance.
• Make authorized adjustments and modifications to equipment as needed.
• Perform in‑process checks and complete accurate quality documentation.
• Seek assistance from mechanical technicians and cell leads when required.
• Assist with product or equipment changeovers.
• Support line technicians with equipment repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a neat, orderly work area in compliance with GMP.
• Conduct quality inspections, process tests and accurately record data.
• Maintain documentation for PPH, scrap/waste, SAP and MES transactions.
• Report issues to the Cell Lead promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Blitzes, Kaizens, KAS).
• Cooperate with team members to ensure effective shift transfer and communication.
• Work overtime as necessary to meet schedule requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Participate fully to achieve the department’s safety goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Debrief accidents and implement solutions to eliminate root causes.
• Hold team members to safety standards and regulations.

• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.

Pay: Starting salary ranges from $21‑23 per hour, with a 10% shift differential for night shifts.

BD requires a minimum of 4 days of on‑site presence per week for most roles, while offering flexible arrangements for remote or field positions as stated in each posting.
