Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, hallways, parking areas, and other assigned locations, assisting with visitor access, directional support, and policy awareness.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts as needed.;
Maintain a visible presence and communicate professionally with occupants; report maintenance, life safety, and security issues to appropriate personnel.
